First we hop on a Zoom call so you can clearly describe what you are looking to get out of this coaching program. Afterwards, an initial assessment is made to determine skill level and then a program specific to you.
All my programs have videos for the exercises and explanations.

Constant communication and check-ins throughout the entire term (8 Weeks) including form correction.
