This 3-hour workshop is designed to unlock your strength and mobility where it matters most your squat and thoracic spine.

Here’s what to expect:
🧠 Hour 1: Learn the anatomy, mobility principles, and key mechanics behind deep, strong squats and a mobile upper back.
💪 Hour 2: Get hands on! We’ll go through a practical session full of drills, progressions, and loaded mobility work suitable for all levels (even if you’re stiff as a board).
🥗 Break Time: We’ll take a short lunch break midway with healthy snacks and refreshments provided.
🎥 Bonus: The entire workshop will be recorded, and every participant will receive a copy of the recording and an exercise list to keep training after.
