Overhead Mobility Workshop

You know something’s off… but you’re not sure what.

You stretch, foam roll, band pull-apart—yet nothing seems to unlock that clean, stable overhead position.
Sound familiar?

Whether you're a coach confused about how to actually improve overhead mobility—or you've got clients stuck in shoulder purgatory—this workshop is your fix.

Part 1: Shoulder Mobility Demystified

Forget fluff. We’re starting with a high-level breakdown of:

  • The real anatomy and biomechanics behind overhead range

  • Why common mobility “hacks” don’t work (and what actually does)

  • The difference between movement prep vs mobility development

  • How to strategically program mobility so it translates to performance

Whether you coach snatches, presses, handstands, or hanging work—you’ll leave with clarity and a system.

Part 2: Applied Training That Hits Different

Now it’s time to get moving.
Expect:

  • End-range isometrics for shoulder stability

  • Thoracic and scapular isolation exercises

  • Strength based mobility drills (loaded + bodyweight)

  • Hands on coaching and movement practice

These are the same principles used by high-level strength & mobility athletes and you’ll feel why they work instantly.

Plus: All participants get a recording of the full workshop to review and apply anytime.

Who it’s for:

  • Coaches and personal trainers who want to stop guessing and start programming shoulder mobility that actually works

  • Athletes and movers who want to lift, press, or hang with freedom and control

  • Anyone who wants to elevate performance, not just raise their arms

This isn’t a stretch-and-hope session. It’s an actionable, high-performance upgrade for your shoulders.
Come ready to learn, move, and leave with tools you can use immediately.
